Idyllic Munich Homes

The other day, we decided to take a walk down to the Hirschgarten to show Ellen the deer that lived there and enjoy a drink in their beer garden. Our map of the city cut out our walking route to the park, so we just set off in the general direction of it without much of a clue as to what was on the way. Well, it turned out that the route there went straight through a beautiful residential district with homes and gardens built close together on idyllic streets. I definitely enjoyed admiring them and their details.

Our promenade began here.

And included many beautiful homes.

Such as this one.

Flower trees were in bloom everywhere.

And they were lovely to behold.

More beautiful homes continued down the street.

A shameless peek into a backyard.

And a very unique spectacle.

Of course, I couldn't help but speculate on what the interiors of these homes looked like. But, unfortunately, that will remain a mystery...
