Sometimes when we let go of her hand, Ellen will take two or three steps on her own, but is too nervous to continue from there. But with the speed she's going at now, I'm sure she'll be walking on her own in a month if not earlier. Which means that my little baby will no longer really be a baby then. Sigh...

Ellen's Walking Practices
It seems that whatever skill Ellen needs to learn, Matias is always the more enthusiastic of the two of us in helping her to practice it. Be it sitting, crawling, or potty training, Matias is always eager to help her. Right now, him and Ellen are practicing walking, which she enjoys doing as long as you hold her hand. While we were at Nymphenburg Palace, Ellen went for a stroll around the gardens:
